You really should use Imgburn - it's freeware and is what 99% of people use. When burning right click on the .dvd file and select burn with imgburn.
All 360 iso's are 7.05gb exactly so you have to use dual layer discs - no choice, just buy the best you can afford. Verbatim are best but cheaper...
