    Are there any advantages to the 'neo-liberal' approach to development?

    I am studying Development Studies and we have been learning about the many disadvantages of the neo-liberal policy introduced in the 70s and 80s, but I would like to know if anyone thinks that there are any positives to that particular approach to development? Thank you in advance

    Why can't I laugh anymore?

    Every time when something funny happens, or someone talks about funny stuff, I just can't seem to laugh. Everyone else around laughs, but I can't seem to laugh with them... I feel left out a bit. Also I can't laugh out loud, I mean if I do laugh, no noise comes out.
