Is it disrespectful to wear an Army uniform shirt with insignia on it if...

Where's a good place to get advice about an old Jeep truck?

When did they start adding computers to Chevy trucks (including the engines)?
The reason I ask, is two-fold. I've hear that the more computers involved in an engine system, the more complicated it can be to repair. Also, the less computers, even computer free, and it will likely be able to survive and EMP (Electro-Magnetic Pulse), which would be another desirable...
