My biggest problem with demon Shredder? How could Demon Shredder and Utrom Shredder have the same voice. I can see Utrom shredder, modeling his human persona after Saki and his suit after the Shredder to spreed fear but how could he know what Demon Shredder sounded like.

A thing I'd like to see added for a future release of RotateME, is to be able to assign the D-pad and keys just like you can with PicoDrive (which is the best emulator IMO). It's rather uncomfortable to use as it is right now.
