Might wanna try a hard reset, that normally fixes the problems with most s60 phones. Make sure you save your important files to the memory card before you do though.

i like teh 8125 alot.. i use a variationg of it.. called the qtek 9100.. its awesome phone.. does everything you are talking about. i don't know much about the ssh/telnet stuff though. but everything else works great.
