I have replaced the battery, distributor,rotor button,distributor cap,plugs,wires,coil. I am not getting spark to the plugs. What else could the problem be?

I set off car alarms when I walk by them, cash registers and self service machines seem to go haywire when I use them, and every electronic device I use seems to get messed up (currently my roommates hate when I come home because the router shuts off). Is there a name for this? Anything I can do?
