Just curious. Whenever I've purchased a bike, I've always replaced the front fork springs with Progressive springs as they seem to give better performance and rideability than with stock springs. I've never done this on a cruiser type bike though. Do they make a difference?

Good point. I assumed it's a model 1098. It doesn't go by cc's. For example, model 999 it has 998 cc's. I believed only the 999R has the true 999 cc's. Maybe, Ducati has a plan for a new model, 1198, in 2011. Just my opinion.
