    my nokia wont hold charge more than a few hours,i bought a new original nokia battry and its still the same,i charged it and left it at home all day and the battry still drained even though id done nothing with it,iv bought a new charger,deleted maps and other apps but still just moderate use it...

    i have a nokia 5800 express music on 3 network,i am unable to get software updates,i rang nokia and they said it need unlocking and to ask ny network provider who said they would unlock it at a charge,does anyone know if i can do this myself?if so how do i get the code?
