I downloaded the program: Inkscape onto my laptop. I would like to make a collage kinda thing for me and my bestie. But i haven't been able to figure out how to cut images out of photos. Photobucket has the "Lasso" and "Magnetic Lasso" or whatever lol. Does Inkscape have one like that? Or no.
