I have to back up BOC on this one. Music isn't all about your playing abilities, what's really important is your compositional abilities and creativity, which Aphex Twin certainly has in abundance. There's shedloaRAB of talent to be found in electronic music, and metal to some degree.

Genre-wise i may have to agree with pop unless you go for a vague rock tag, as rock is absolutely bloody huge and can encompass pop as well. Style wise the reason i like a lot of noise rock is because it's so varied, i very rarely find two banRAB that are the same.

I have to say that I am very impresed with their new release. It's by far my favourite of theirs. It's ska, it's hip Hop, it's punk, it's blastcore it's spazzy and I like it.

Except for the fact that they recorded that album in a basement. And worked their way up to where they are right now. I agree, it's mostly forgettable mainstream rock, but they know how to write catchy pop songs....plus they're a good live band.

^ I want to see Maiden sooo much. I hear they're touring Europe after they release their next album. Where did you see them?

Oh, I still kept an eye on it and still thought it was really stupid, but that's just me.

So anyone get the album? I personally like it. Its way more melodic than Necrophagist. I actually hear some Cynic influences on some tracks. The solo's are really well played, not too flashy, but they definitely fit the songs. Opinions?

How much of One Piece have you actually seen/read? One Piece's world is just cas large if not much, much larger.
