Well I have gone from WM6 to WM5 and back a bunch of times, so I know you can go back and forth on roms. Maybe try and dload the Verizon updated rom from their support site and see if that fixes it. Other than upgrading roms does the phone work ok?

For future reference if this happens to anyone else you should really call care before your phone is shut off, they may b able to keep you on. if you are dealing with a dealer, try another dealer as it is possible only that one dealer is having an issue.

Question about the lingo, I might be interested but is there a way to add your own ringtones yet via PC? I can do it on my SLVR, RAZR and moto Q but my g/f's lingo wont do it and I kind of like the lingo but not being able to upload my own ringtones would make it a no go for me..

can i ask how that may be done, ive done a hard reset but no luck there, i updated to 3.5 no luck there, im running out of options, im trying not to send this thing back to UTstarcom, because they want $75 up front plus the parts i may need ive been trying to hack some things in the regtistry...
