    In the USA during the 1990's, was Bill Clinton's presidency a peaceful one

    (no war, less government, etc)? It's just sad that from 2001 to 2009 - there has been so much war and problems. We need peace and love - not war. There is always a solution besides war. Less Government, more personal freedom, and peace - for all inhabitants of this Earth. For USA citizens...
