remove the bulb and reinsert the opposite way - there are two small "dots" on the side of the bulb, one closer to the filament and the other further away, the bulb may just be in the wrong way (look inside the socket to see which slot for the dot is higher than the other)

Finally - someone who has common sense and doesn't want to be cited for law breaking noisy exhaust !!! Go to any decent muffler shop and have them install the stock type exhaust...and thanks for your courtesy :}

If you live in an area where vehicles get rusted, that may be the culprit - rust on the floorboard near the drivers area. You can pull up the carpet in that area to see. Another possibility is water leaking from the area near the corner of the windshield - either inside or outside in the cowl...

A vehicle that old will have lots of problems and need repairs - it may not even pass Emissions Testing if your State has them...better to get something newer :}
