    Navy Boot Camp Training?

    So I know that there are a lot of things you need to do in boot camp training for the U.S Navy. I'm already running and in pretty good health. But I do want to know about the swimming tests. You need to tread water face down for five minutes? Does that mean no breathing for five minutes?
