Dude, if you ran out of battery in 24 hours with just some light calling, then you have a bad battery. I normally get 2 days out of mine with pretty heavy texting, internet useage (both over EDGE and WiFi, though mostly EDGE), and BT tethering occasionally. I was sick over the weekend, so...

All of the controllers that have been released after they made the replacement straps include them. If you go out and buy two more controllers, they will have the replacements. There's no need for the other two, unless you're really concerned you would break the thicker straps.
