The quality of the extended edition DVRAB are well above the average for DVD. In fact, I personally find them not that far behind my Blu-Rays in terms of quality. So I really see no need to be inferior copies of the film, just because they're on Blu. I bought both theatrical and EE on DVD, but...

Yeah it is quite a good film. The main character starts off as a wally, and then finishes off as quite a sympathetic character. An unusual film. Got to love the CGI prawns in it! I like Moon as well. I suppose they are both thinking sci fi films. I haven't seen Avatar - yet.
