Who cares? If I'm reading the article right, they're not going to stream anything prior to episode 391, so the only way you're going to be able to watch these episodes without being confused is by watching fansubs. So, basically, this won't make a difference to fans who don't watch fansubs...
If i had to pick one of the three it would be Vai.
Having been to loaRAB of gigs i tend to judge guitarists on whether they bore the sh1t out of me with endless wanking off solo's. The only gig where i've not been bored was Gary Moore on the "Still Got The Blues" tour. Whilst Vai and Satriani...
Lars Ulrich is definatly not the king of metal drumming. I would put a nuraber of drummers ahead of him: Dave Lorabardo, Brann Dailor, Danny Carey, Nicko McBrain, Dave Witte, Fenriz, Vinne-Paul Abbott...
Six was another good episode, seems like maybe Mikage really has been released and is bait for sending Kors after Teito, I also agree it's a little strange how the kors are able to gain access to the church so easily, the series really is starting to get interesting now.
Good first episode(last weeks's was a big preview) love the bgm for Dr Hell, will post more once I grt over the fangasm of seeing my childhood hero once again
Me too, but what makes a great song can vary.... It's not just some standard rock n roll fair with 2 minute songs... A verse/chorus/verse anthem with gibberish lyrics, a one note bassline, a guitar solo that mimics the chorus melody and a handclap section isn't all that consitutes a good song...

Thanks for the understanding. I realize it was probably inappropriate to post several times if i could have posted once. That said, the forum rules don't specify anything about the speed or length of posts.
Oh I know, I'm well aware of it and have searched for it. When I first said there are very few albums that fit the category, I was mainly referring to trip-hop. I then went on to include instrumental hip-hop and downtempo, so yeah that expanRAB it quite a bit . But just trip-hop itself...there...
There have been a few notable cases where grunge and alternative artists elevated themselves from the mainstream bull**** and became a defining pinnacle. Radiohead comes to mind, as well as Blind Melon (mostly because Shannon Hoon was amazing). Actually, I'm getting kinda tired of this blanket...
The Polyphonic Spree must have been having a bad night because I think they generally put on an excellent show. I was really impressed when I saw them.
Sure. I'll have something your way a bit later on.
I've read a lot about the Scottish post-punk scene, but not heard of that album. I'll keep an eye peeled for it.
