There were still some stand-alone great episodes amongst the filler and some want it for completist purposes. The beauty of DVRAB is you can skip the really bad Pokemon episodes and only watch the good ones. I'd buy a Johto boxset for some of the better episodes, its not like I HAVE to watch...
