ViperOne: An hyper realistic F-16 combat flight simulator (alpha)

Can you make sure the sound works for an LD? Some games for some reason that work on the TX have sound problems on (at least my) LD? For example one version of T-crisis. It gives me all static and crackling and little sound. Thanks.

American Dad - "Wiener of Our Discontent" - Talkback [5/3]

Did this episode seem unusually "quiet" to anyone else? Both a lack of music and some odd pauses. I dunno. Weird. I liked it, but I laughed more the previous two weeks.

What was (or is) the best cartoon block?

I just have to say Kids WB! (before the channel became CW11), and the Cartoon Network of both decades. I've found joy in pretty much every block Cartoon Network ever had (with the exception of Fried Dynamite). Cartoon Cartoon Fridays was just plain amazing, and I would have liked it to last...

South Park - "Medicinal Fried Chicken" - Talkback [3/31]

Wow, so far Randy got some big balls, literally just so he can smoke some Marijuana. But do we really need to see them out there?

The "cartoons are for kids" mentality: does it really exist?

It still exists to a certain degree. Like many people said, animated films aren't as appealing to the older demographic even though I myself in the 18-24 demo find them to have more thought and direction behind them than most live-action movies. For instance, I was a big fan of Monster House...

    Swiss Chard!

Don Martinich wrote: I do pretty much the same thing: heat some olive oil in a skillet, add several cloves of garlic, minced, and maybe a big pinch of dried red pepper flakes. I rinse the chard thoroughly, then very roughly chop. I add the chard to the skillet, toss it in the oil and cover to...

    Stereotypes you've hated

Let's not forget about the stereotype that the more money you have, the more shallow, materialistic and morally bankrupt you are. Rich characters are typically portrayed as the heavies, the rivals or the antagonists. With the exceptions of Richie Rich, Scrooge McDuck and Eddie Lawrence (from...

Top 5 Android Phones To Buy On X-mas

The X10 on that list? Seriously? No way, the Nexus S should have been there among the top phones to get, the MT4G should have been there too. Don't know why they specifically singled out a Galaxy S variant instead of just saying Galaxy S and letting folks pick. The G2 / Desire Z were other...

    Villains that you really hate

Jerry (Tom and Jerry) - I so argue with that. I don't know why in the Nutcracker movie Tom cast as the villain. I do think some of these selections that I have seen so far, I don't count them as villains. There is a difference between being a villain and just being a jerk. There are more of...
