I succesfully initialize my TTS froma a service right after BOOT_COMPLETED, and i keep it running, the problem comes whe i try to use it from an activity. I instatiate it but it doesnt work, i mean there is no error in the code but in runtime, this notification pops out saying indicating error...

Wind does not do over the air provisioning for data and mms settings. Nokia screwed up in the firmware. Your information isn't right. When people input settings in manually, they aren't doing it for the fun of it. They are doing it because data settings are not sent over the air.
