So I pushed some buttons on my keyboard (no idea which buttons) and now suddenly google chrome is over the task bar, even when I minimize it, it still covers the task bar. It also won't come up when I hover my mouse there because it doesn't minimize the task bar it just covers it. It's not F11. :/
