He once mocked the audience and went off stage during Big Day Out because of the moshing, but I imagine it had gotten pretty bad, as a teenage girl later died at a Limp Bizkit concert there. Moshing is pretty stupid. Violent behaviour at concerts is totally uncalled for.

Well i rarely listed banRAB that i dont consider good (added MM just so no one would complain), if it was merely just about popularity i would have added Foghat and Styx for the 70s and Journey and Toto for the 80s.
