There is no Region 3 on Bluray. Region 3 is a dvd coding. Bluray is Region A,B or C. Perhaps you should check it is Blu and not dvd. Its a Universal title anyway and all their Blurays are region free . The HD DVD was very poor - I was hoping the Blu might be better so perhaps stick with the...

I have it on BD. I love it but I don't really like having a zillion different versions of a film. Prefer the longest cut the best. At least there's a handy little poster explaining the differences between the three different versions which is good.
