Thats because you did not read the tutorial correctly... Their is no /OWS/Paramtable1.fil you need to open the broswer folder then settings and dump the FileDB..

I hope Funi manages to get a redub on Ikki Tousen, the episodes I've seen on Hulu had some of the flattest voice acting I've ever heard. Too bad they didn't manage to get the rights to the sequel series, I'd love to watch those too.
