I've been using the AD-41 with the HS-20 (I know it sounds like crap but i'm saving for a better HS) It works perfectly with the E61. And what exactly do u mean when you say the HS should provide hands free? Isn't the hands free part taken care of by the AD-41? I have no idea about the AD-46...
