Find the breaker switch that feeds power to the pump and flip it off when you don't need it to be on. Of course, it might need to always be on in order to maintain a positive pressure; like some siphons it can't start itself and if you turn it off you may not be able to get it started again.

Brea Ducati always has bike to test ride. I bought mine from Pro Italia only because I felt like riding my old bike farther than 5 miles. I get all my service done at Brea and usually go there avery couple weeks to say what up.
