    Lars and The Real Girl

This is easily the most heart warming (yet, not cheesey) movie I've seen in AGES! Ryan Gosling is a ridiculously good (and hot) actor. His performance in "Lars . . ." is so believable. His supporting cast are great too. Has anyone else seen this?!

    Aliens VS Predator 2 Trailer

Not a chance this will be 12A. It's R in America, so by default it will be at least a 15 here, unless 20th Century Fox decide to edit all the violence and language out for a 12A release but a 15 or 18 on DVD. I really do think this film will be released as an 18. The Alien films were submitted...

Scrooge (1951) b&w - is it on this year?

Just posted on the off-chance that someone might have spotted 'Scrooge' somewhere in the schedules this year? The Alistair Sim (1951) original black & white, not the colourised version that Channel 5 is showing again. Thanks

What do you thin the Best 3-D film is.

Avatar, easily. It's the only one that's been done properly. Although i must give a special mention to Piranha. Any film where Kelly Brook is naked in 3D is good in my book!

    Kung Fu Panda - suitability?

thanks for that. We saw a trailer for it which strangely enough was a 12, but I think that was because it took the martial arts out of context. He wants to go and see Wall:E which we are going to take him too, but no doubt he will see posters and possibly a trailer for Kung Fu Panda and want...

Saw it today (sold out two weeks in a row at the Brixton Ritzy then taken off:confused: - finally saw it at The Curzon in London). Superb film. Actually thought the way it was structured worked very well. Quite honestly Andy Serkis gives one of the best performances I've ever seen - got Ian...

    My Nicolas Cage Collection

Having a collection is one thing, I have collected plenty over the years. But making a video, revealing the collection laid out over a table and chairs, pulling a blanket from over them, as if to say, "whoa check this out, some video's and DVD's" is very different, and a little bit odd!
