You're alright, I think they extended opening hours depending on where you'll be.

I think its been mentioned that the bridge scene and destruction of places will be the first scenes of the film. I agree, although I can see them cutting the PM bit completely, they could easily just mention that there is a new Minister of magic now, without the whole muggle PM scenes.

I think you can rest assured that if the car passed the emissions test, what it is putting into the air is likely harmless while driving. I phrased it that way...because if you lock yourself in a garage for an hour with the car running...no matter how the emissions test was, I'm sure there would...
