    How do you put different parts of a song in an iphone ringtone?

    i need help!! So i discovered how to convert mp3s in an iphone ringtone, BUT a ringtone can only be 30 seconds long. Now there is this song i like but i woud like to have two parts of it in my ringtone. For instance from 0:00 to 0:15 and 0:30 to 0:45 How can i make this possible please! Thanks xx

    Is this how the Mixed Member Proportional system of elections work?

    Like that used in Germany for instance, Is this the way that Mixed member PR works: Each voter gets 2 votes : 1 for the candidate and 1 for the party Seats are distributed to the parties whcih obtained more than 5% in the 2nd vote, proportionally according to the number of votes obtained...
