I would suggest using the extreme edition of emule. Its a mod pack which has an inbuilt ipfilter updater, anti-leech protection and much much more!

It takes a little effort to get it set up nicely. But once you do, if you know where to find the releases and which servers to join etc. Then it can have good speeds and the content is massice. I will see if I can copy/paste the relevant parts of some guide somewhere. :whistling:
