    Can I still receive financial aid if I attend a college out of state?

    Hi Well for one, I live in NY and I want to go to a university in NJ, however I do need financial aid and I am eligible for it. However, can I still receive financial aid (PELL, TAP) if I decide to go to a school in jersey?
