Having just watched all 3 seasons of Drawn Together on DVD, YES, they do draw what's under the blurs.

Judging from that article, it seems that the production of this film had been derailed somewhat by budget cuts, leading to a necessity for overseas animation. I'm guessing the final product will vary wildly in animation direction.

Funnier maybe, but when you get right on down to it, Quagmire is a terrible character to revolve a whole show around. Seth knew this when he decided to make the spinoff around Cleveland, hence the reason why Cleveland got his own show and not Quagmire.

That "new theme song" would be the English version of the Italian theme. Which I really like compared to the 4Kids' theme.
