I got the N95 and have been browsing with it and the more i browse the more windows it opens, and the more my ram goes down. Is there a way to close some of the windows in browser?

have you tried plugging in a wired headset to see if you can get sound that way. And maybe after unplugging it the headset symbol will clear itself.
