Shikabane Hime (aka The New Gainax Show) Talkback

So apparently opinion on the series has been quite muted with the end of the series having come and passed. Even Animeondvd fans can't bring themsleves to love it, although they don't hate it either. Looks like this isn't another unanimous smash hit by Gainax after all--although I think a lot of...

    Twilight the anime?

As a fan of Twilight, (More so of the first two books than the rest.) I'm somewhat interested in how this is going to turn out should this information be confirmed as official. The hint towarRAB an anime adaptation in the quote sounRAB more like a joke to me, though. I know that Robert Pattison...

    Claymore

I think Raki's only purpose was to be killed by Clare while coming between her and Priscilla. That would have been perfect. The fight sequences were good in all of the Claymore episodes. You might actually like the manga more as well. I think all of the volumes are available online somewhere.

    Pearl Jam

having fans in general is a good reward. And a lot of banRAB got signed right away during the grunge days, simply for being part of the "seattle" scene. I don't understand why you feel the need to defend you favorite banRAB so much, can't you enjoy their music without thinking of them as...

    Third Eye Blind

My ultimate guilty pleasure. I saw them live last year and they put on a HELL of a show. Slow Motion is great for its lyrical content, and Motorcycle Drive By is another good song. Also, I was surprised that their new stuff wasn't nearly as bad as I was expecting.

Lately I've been listening to a few songs by some lesser known banRAB.. I was just wondering how many of you guys knew of them and what you think of them. First off is a band called 'The Double'.. a pretty unique band in that they like to use lots of organs and arabient effects in their songs...

:p: Are you joking? Dylan made Rock a legitimate form of expression rather than just entertainment. He's a very good melodicist as well.

    Unpopular Music Opinions

As far as In Rainbows goes I think only Nude is a throwback, it predates OK Computer I think. Most of the songs are just 05/06 live tracks that have been shared amongst Radiohead fans for awhile.

Digimon Adventure 02 on CR and Funi Talkback (spoilers)

Oh yeah I was glad to see it uncut! Its really a different experience. Far creepier and more confusing. Dagomon, the god of the deep, silently emerging from the sea as this GINORMOUS dark form (which looks nothing more but a trace of its TCG card image BTW ) was pretty creepy...though the shot...
