    why isnt my lock button working for blackberry bold ?

    so i have a blackberry bold & theres a button on top of the phone that locks the phone , it was working the past 2 days & it was working this morning , now i press the button & it doesnt lock my phone , it doesnt do anything at all if i press it . Help :(
