Haven't any experience but I'll find them and take a look. In my experience "memo tweakers" can do more damage, are messy, bloated and difficult to delete (or should I say ERADICATE). Sometimes warm reset is necessary to remove trace files and "hooks," but I may be overstating a non existent...

It was using Outlook but not on an Exchange Server. The one other big issue with Agendus and the T3 that I've found is the Birthday feature - if you set the advance notice for a birthday more than 5 days....all hell breaks loose. But this is a problem with the T3 that just happens to show up...

What do you mean? I just downloaded and installed SipDroid on my Eclair and use my Onesuite VoIP service and it works instantly. There's even an option to add another SIP account. Will probably add my PBXes but need to figure out first as I just started using Droid phones.
