Small tunnels can survive the impact of HUGE rivers Someone with a broken neck can be strapped to a plank of wood with only his belt and survive tricky underwater walks! The black man good guy cop always dies JUST before everyone is rescued and the...

Daniel Craig as Bond in Casino Royal

Never Say Never Again WAS Thunderball! Producer Kevin McCrory owned the rights to the original story, and had an option to remake it - he just could not call it Thunderball. I am not saying it was a particularly good movie, it certainly pales into insignificance compared to the official...

    Piranha 3d

And I'm pretty sure that this scene isn't even in the film!! Saw it at the weekend...I'm a girl so didn't really appreciate all the nakedness! However, I was looking forward to it & enjoyed it. As others have said, it is what it is. Killer fish. First 3d film aswell & I can safely say I can...

What films have made you cry?

I cry at virtually every movie I see. Being serious! The most embarrassing one I cried at was The Corpse Bride.. it isn't even sad.. :o Has anyone ever seen When FrienRABhip Kills? Used to get me all the time, watched it last week and it was the first time I didn't cry. Last movie I saw was...

Re cineworld : IS THIS LEGAL

Perhaps a lot of this should be moved to another thread, entitled "Should stores properly display T&Cs". Flyboy, I know your whole argument is if they don't display the T&Cs clearly, they cant say "sold subject to T&Cs" and then impose all these conditions randomly. But *all* stores say...

    Saw 3 (2006)

Can't wait to see Saw III. I really enjoyed the first two. I expected Saw II to be rubbish but was surprised when it was almost as good as the first. I have fairly high hopes for this one!

    Mr and Mrs Smith

According to IMDB, it comes under action, comedy, thriller, romance and adventure. When I saw the trailer, it didn't look much like a comedy film!

Worst Film Ever - Cast your worst film into a pit of flames here

Okay, thread closed! No-one is going to top the abomination I seen yesterday - I don't care what anyone says ;o) Myself and two frienRAB watched a flick called I.R.A.: King of Nothing over a few beers and if the writer/director/star (Damian Chapa) had waltzed into the room as the credits rolled...

    Film stars loved by gays?

Not that many to speak of outside of porn, well not ones out of the closet. :D I actually find very few of the leading Hollywood men attractive. Alec Baldwin still makes me swoon, but can't say there are many current big stars I fancy. But then I do tend to fancy unusual types like Dane Cook...

Great piece on S&TC2 in the Guardian

You would think Sex and the City is the only movie that is frothy and full of product placement with amount of criticism it receives for being like that. It's just a fun summer movie at the end of the world. I find the level of criticism Sex and the City receives bizarre.

i agree ...although this movie isnt for everyone....i think the critisisim of a minority is overdone!! if one looks on play/hmv reviews and many other sites about 8 out of ten people love it ...the other 20% hate it no in between ...for me it is a musical that shouldnt be taken too seriously...
