    how do you take good pictures of 3-D art work for an art college portfolio?

    I am applying to art schools and I have a lot of good pictures for my drawings and illustrations pieces but in terms of medium to smallish 3-D sculptures, I can't afford a professional photographer to takes pics of my work. But i have a good quality digital camera. Any advice?
