Did you try loading different prl's to it? There are a few Cricket ones and if those don't work I would try a Verizon one to see if it even picks up signal anymore.

I never really watched that much of 4KiRAB' version of One Piece, so I didn't hear that much of her Luffy voice. I think that she sounded better as Akiza during some emotional scenes, such as during her second duel with Yusei, but it still could improve by being less gruff sounded. I forgot...
