i know there are a bunch of rock and metal banRAB that use math quite a bit when creating their rhythms, but autechre is the only group i can think of that creates their music as a result of mathematic formulas they create for their pieces.

Aphrodite - Aphrodite is amazing if you like more 'jump-up / funky style'
Dieselboy - Dungeon Masters Guide is his best imo. Really dark and heavy type stuff.

Some interesting views on Mice Parade. I personally have'nt even looked at the album as having elements of Post Rock at all and I guess I forget that some people are not big on atmospheric/chillout material. There is a definite lack of hooks but I think it's a fantastic album and the guitar work...

It was great. He entered the stage by walking through the audience and he was throwing flowers as he went. You could tell the crowd wanted to throw palm leaves at his feet.:D
