The one that springs to mind is 'High School Musical'. Cringeworthy stuff really but I watched it happily enough. I wouldn't necessarily want to see it again but when the sequels turn up on TV I'll probably check them out.

Nobody can tell you. Perhaps you could get a sample, and send it off to a lab, since you were exposed anyway. No one should have been sending you into an area where there was asbestos, and it is someone's job to know where it is, and keep people safe from it.

I second Misty's post. I have a shoulder impingement/ bursitis/ tendonitis and ended up with frequent arm pain and bicep tendonitis. When my shoulder was better, my arm pain got better. It is certainly worth investigating. In addition to ice and heat, exercise and anti-inflammatory's help.
