    Right click on the Icon, select Configure... In Advanced, you can set the CPU Usage Percent. Turn it down a little if you find your laptop is overheating. But if it doesn't overheat running 16 hours/day I see no reason why it would if you run 24/7. Edit: BTW, welcome on board.
