    Superman 2 - How Dated!!!!

There wasn't enough money in the first place. Superman 4 should never have been made with only a $17,000,000 budget. The first Superman had a $55,000,000 budget.

    US Maxim Mag's Top 20 Bad movies - agree/disagree?

The Green Slime was awesome! I get the feeling that a lot of US Maxim readers voted based on title alone and haven't seen many of the films listed. It's no surprise that the right wing bashing irony of Starship Troopers was lost on many Americans.

What is wrong film companies making all these remakes.... Just leave alone.

Robocop will apparently be a sequel. Anything has got to be better than Robocop 3.

    Movie Souvenir Game

Loved the over 40s thread Pia. How about a good old Hammer Horror? Mentioned this one yesterday on another thread - 'The Curse of the Werewolf' Tagline:He fought the hideous curse of his evil birth, but his ravished victims were proof that the cravings of his beast-blood demanded he kill...

    Quantum Of Solice

I don't have a problem with the title. As long as they continue with the good work they started in Casino, I think it will be a winner.

Films you hope never ever get remade

Well, I thought "Return to Oz" (actually a sequel, and closer to the original books) was good, but I take your point about those other classics. Imagine the Michael Bay version of "Citizen Kane" or the Stephen Sommers remake of "The Big Sleep"?

I"m with Verizon, and it's horrible. I have a very hard time finding stuff to download, since it Verizon doesn't support many groups. I always get the alt.binaries not found message in GrabIt. So it look like I'm going to have to bite the bullet and signup with Giganews. But it will be well...
