Depends whether you mean the pilot/dry run that they showed them doing in the episode, or the first episode proper. The dry run episode doesn't exist any more, but the actual first episode does.

I really liked the ending of the series, but the scene with the eldest son really jarred me. His mother just died, yet he's lying on his bed with an odd smile. What's that all about?! Maybe if I got the feeling he was smiling that his mother got a good send off, or remembering good times but...
