Thriller is mediocre, the trio of singles is very solid, but the rest is just bland pop filler. Although Purple Rain continuously eludes me, so I can't make a proper judgement.

I had the same thing. Cancelled account on 26th Oct. They reactivated it on 3rd November so that could take another months money. As the same thing happened to you clearly this is not an isolated thing. This is not clever and it is most probably criminal.
