What the hell? I have Vista on my new laptop which I use strictly for school work, and I've installed PLENTY of programs on it with no issues at all. I have Office XP Pro, Photoshop, IrfanView, Mathcad, etc., none of which have had any issues.
According to Nokia USA, the C3 has:
Quad band EGSM 850/900/1800/1900 WCDMA 850/900/1900/2100
So it should work globally on nearly every EDGE and 3G network. Seems like a pretty solid feature phone. Enjoy

If close to $300 for a used e71. I might as well spend a another 10, 20 to get it brand new! If we're talking about 100 difference btwn a used or a new. Then that's a no brainer. If it is $50 or less btwn a new or used. I'll say just get it new. Amazon has the e71 in both color for $320 now.
