I believe that the last factory bikes to have them were Springer Classic's which were discontinued about 3-4 years ago. You might check with your dealer about ordering one direct from HD-I'm sure they still have them in their catalogs. Otherwise, there are a few of them selling on Ebay...

In Canada, we have the C50SE, which is just a C50 with OEM Windshield, Saddle Bags and Backrest. It is $300 cheaper than the T model, ask your dealer if he can give the same package.

I'll give this a shot, it sounds a lot easier for now. How do you clear the codes with out a code reader? With my truck i just pull the pcm fuse and turn the ign. to run/ not start and wait a few seconds and the codes clear. Any chance it's the same or do i need a reader to clear them?

My 124" is running thru the stock clutch, with the SE spring. Hasnt slipped yet. I think HD did change the clutch in 09 tho, i think the 09 up is a 9 plate and the earlier twinkie clutch is a 7 plate. Someone on here will know...
