I thought the droid was 800 clocked to 600... The Droid has one huge advantage though, it has a seperate graphics processor. Edit: According to wikipedia it is 600 clocked to 550. The GPU is the main difference though. I have seen videos of people who were rooted and over clocked their Droids...
