I would definately get the Rival. I love that phone. I used to have the Env2 and had the same problem. The rival is definately worth your money.!!

You will stil have it because its your plan not ur sim card. Your sim card hold pics and contacts. The unlimited is your plan and as long as you pat for it you will have that on any phone through that server.
