I'm 57. Last week I sprained my ankle...a grade 2 sprain. The swelling is slowly going away. However, my achellies tendon, the tendons on the top of my foot as well as the ones on the outside are still extremely sore. Is this normal? Also, the last two nights, my foot has (especially the toes)...
